HOW TO ORDER
If you have an account with us and would like to order a refill, please log in and order your refills online. You may also call us at toll free 1-866-XXX-XXXX to order your refill over the phone. Place your order on-line, over the phone, or via mail/fax.
Option 1: Order Online

Nothing could be more convenient than using our online order form to receive your pet medicines from our licensed mail-order pharmacy. Here's how to it.
1. In the search field at the top of the screen, type the brand name or generic name of the medicine you need, and then click "Search". If you can't remember the exact name, try looking under the letter that you think it starts with.
2. When you've found it, select the quantity dosage that you need and click Add to Cart.
3. Once you finished adding all the medications to your cart, click on "Continue Checkout >>"
4. Fill out the secure online application and provide your billing information. Your order will be placed online and we will call you to confirm the order details.

Important: You must send us a copy of your prescriptions. We care about your pet's health, and we only fill orders for prescriptions by professional veterinarians.

Option 2: Order by Phone

For those who prefer speaking with a live person, we have a toll-free telephone number. Simply call 1-866-XXX-XXXX and speak with one of our customer care specialists. They will be happy to guide you through the process. Make sure you have your prescriptions handy when you call. |

Fill out the Order Form. Send us the completed forms and prescription(s) via toll free fax to 1-866-XXX-XXXX, or you can mail them to:

Please note that mailing your order forms to us may unncessarily add an additional 7 or more business days to your order processing time. We strongly suggest placing your order online or by phone, and faxing or emailing the prescriptions to us.
We will send you an email to confirm your order after it has been placed. You will also be sent an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
